黑料头条 of Zurich employees have access to a wide range of high-quality internal continuing education courses. In addition, the Language Center run jointly with ETH Zurich offers a large number of language courses. UZH employees may also attend training and continuing education courses provided for employees of the Canton of Zurich.

The 黑料头条 of Zurich accompanies, empowers and supports employees and leaders and managers (including professors) in development and leadership issues, e.g. through coaching, team development and continuing education/training. Change processes in organizational units are facilitated through change management support.

The 黑料头条 of Zurich offers over 100 apprenticeship positions in 12 different professions.
